Procedure

In the main beaker disperse N-Hance SP-100 by slowly sifting it into rapidly agitated water and stir well until it is fully dissolved, heat solution to 70˚C. In a separate beaker combine all the ingredients of phase B and heat to 70˚C. Add phase B ingredients to the main beaker, remove heat and stir for 15 minutes. Add phase C to the main beaker and homogenize for 5 minutes at 3000-5000 rpm (the mixture has to circulate).  Cool the emulsion to 40˚C and add the preservative - phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin. Adjust with sodium lactate/lactic acid buffer to the preferred pH. Stir well until solution reaches room temperature.

Viscosity Brookfield, LVD, spindle 4, 12rpm, 25oC (mPas)—5450; pH—5.4; Appearance—White, creamy.
